SUBSCRIBER PAYMENT LINKS PROBLEM

The Shopify Ecommerce system is constantly changing.  Sometimes these changes work with MK1's methods - sometimes MK1 needs to work with Shopify's method.

The latest change affects Subscriber Payment Links - the process we use to notify subscriber's when  preorders arrive.  Shopify's latest update means that payment links  without a preselected shipping option won't work.  We always left shipping blank so that subscribers could choose at the checkout if they want their shipment dispatched straight away or held aside to ship later.  We now have to make that decision for the subscriber before we send the link.   

Going forward we will preselect shipping based on each customer's recent choices.  If you want a different shipping option - just message MK1 and we will resend the cart with that change updated.  

This may change if we find a Shopify App or a new process that restores the older method that has worked so well for us in the past.
