EMAIL COMPLIANCE
MK1 does not want to spam or annoy anybody. We do not automatically sign customers up to any marketing and have made sure that all email removal instructions are automatically actioned.
We send out new series recommendations to individual subscribers once a month. These emails are not sent to multiple receivers in bulk but are individually sent to each subscriber based on past or similar subscriptions. You may already have seen these types of emails - I've included an example below.
Going forward we will not send these messages to any customer that has unsubscribed from our email marketing. If you have opted out in the past but these types of emails are important to you please message MK1 stating that you want to OPT IN to our future communications.
