MK1 WEEKLY NEW TITLE ANNOUNCEMENT : Orders due Sunday 5th Feb 2023

Requests for any of the above new titles or titles listed at the above links can be sent via email shop@mk1.co.nz  (Please use the subject heading URGENT PREORDER so that we can action your email ahead of preorder deadlines).  

You can also send us a Facebook Message @Mark1Comics  or use the MK1 website's Chat function.  Please indicate if you will be picking up your preorder in store or if you would like delivery.

We use the MK1 website's email function to send a link when preordered items arrive. If you don't have a MK1 website account yet you can set up an account here https://mk1.co.nz/account/register 

Pre Ordered items are kept separate from regular store/website inventory so your orders will be available even if the MK1 site indicates an item has sold out. We don't ask for a deposit or prepayment but due to the extra costs for international air freight and the high costs of sourcing comics at the moment we ask that payment is made as soon as possible once your preorder has arrived.    If you are waiting for other preorders to arrive to combine shipping please use the MK1 website's "hold aside option".  At the checkout under SHIPPING select the Hold in store to ship with a future order (and we will automatically ship with the next order you place that includes a delivery fee).  When you do decide to it's time to receive your comics pay for one shipping fee and we will automatically include all your previous paid orders. 

There are  two types of Preorder posts on the MK1 website - our weekly FINAL ORDER CUT OFF posts and the monthly PREVIEWS catalogue posts (like this one).  Placing preorders from these pages is as simple as messaging MK1 or updating your PULLBOX orders in the app.

We use Previews World's PULLBOX to manage customer pulllists/subscriptions/ongoing comic requests and to track pre orders for single comics and specific comic cover requests.  The PULLBOX app can be set up to notify customers when their preorders are unpacked at MK1.   To learn about the PULLBOX service and to request a PULLBOX invite see this MK1 info page.

We are in the early days of evaluating this app and are considering it as a replacement to PULLBOX.  MANAGE COMICS can be used with your MK1 website account to place preorders and subscription requests right here on the MK1 website.  The  price method Manage Comics uses to price items means that the NZD$ price quoted isn't exact - but is a very close approximation - Mk1 will confirm prices manually while we continue to work on the app.  You can access MANAGE COMICS via the Preorder page on the MK1 website.
